I saw the movie Pride and Prejudice today. Again, it has been in my collection for a while.

 

I remember when I was younger, my sister was a big fun of the famous love stories. She spent all her savings on buying all the novels.

 

On the other hand, I was the one who loved listening to her telling me the stories. Too lazy to read it myself, to be exact.

 

I love Elizabeth and Darcy's love story. Classic, Classic and Classic. A perfect fairy tale.

 

The reason why this novel is so successful is that it painted a perfect picture for all young girls.

 

Keira Knightley portaited her very well. Well deserved Oscar nomination.

 

 

 

这几天把一个几年前的一个记录片又看了一遍,"我们的留学生活”，讲述的是几个留学生在日本的生活。

 

记得我第一次看这个片子，是00年来美国以前。当时看完了之后，觉得出国在日本的人都好辛苦啊。

 

其中有二十出头的青年人为学业奋斗，也有父亲为了培养女儿奋斗，也有随父母来到日本的第三代小留学生。

 

看完了之后，真的是很感动。也感慨万千。比起他们的生活，我觉得我的留学生活已经比很轻松了。 

 

我也觉得对日本人的感觉改变了好多。

 

祝愿所有在异国漂泊的人。

 

 

I haven't been writing for so long, so long.  It is not because busy, which is the worst excuse for that. The real reason is that my heart is dried up for so long.

 

Today, I saw a movie, called "I capture the castle". It has been sitting on my DVD pocket for a while, but I never tried it till today. Sure it did not disappoint me.

 

The movie describes a story about a writer's two teenage daugters looking for love, finding love, and losing love.

 

It opens up the dry well of my heart, did it? I remember I used to be full of love and passion. Time did its justice, life takes its toll on me. Too bad.

 

Life is all about staying truthful to your heart and soul.  Sometime, I wonder, did I?  do I? will I?

 

Where was me ten years ago? Do things spontaneously and courageously?

 

I don't what my heart to be dry. How could I water it with love? 

 

I made myself a promise, I will take care of myself a little bit better in the future, phyiscally and emotionally.

 

If there is one page to fill, I only gonna write one syllable, just like the ending of the movie.

 

"I love, I have loved, I will love."

 

 

一个学期又过去了，现在洛杉矶享受阳光。下个礼拜飞回圣母参加自己的博士毕业典礼。虽然父母不能过来参加，不过去年他们已经经历过了，所以也无所谓了。刚刚买了索尼的新款摄像机，多录点相给他们发回去吧。

 

今天晚上看了个romantic comedy.Prime. 讲的是一个男小女大的爱情故事，最终两人虽然没有走到一起，因为年龄和理想的差距，但是在彼此的生命里留下了正面的印记。还是满好看的。

好久没有写过东西了。可能是因为心里空虚，也可能是因为工作太忙。

 

再过两个礼拜就学期结束了。一年下来，怎么总结呢，可以说总体还对这个工作比较满意，可惜走到哪里都是人际关系。因为自己个性敏感，总是感觉有些不尽人意的地方。等过两年就知道自己是不是真的适合这个地方了。
